摘　　要：《沈菊人医案》治疗产后腹痛的四种方法分别为:滋阴养血止痛法,理气化瘀止痛法,调补奇经止痛法,祛湿活血止痛法。《沈菊人医案》案例甚多,见证复杂,沈氏治疗产后腹痛,无论病的表里虚实,有邪无邪,必以滋阴养血为主,以活血、化瘀、益气、祛风熄风、降火、健脾、利水种种治法佐之。辨证推详,变化不离总旨,组方多随证变化,灵活变通,但疗效卓著,值得后人师之。The four strategies in Shen Juren＇s Medical Cases for treating postpartum abdominal pain include： method of nourishing yin and blood and relieving pain,method of regulating qi,resolving blood stasis and relieving pain,method of regulating and tonifying extraordinary meridians and relieving pain,method of removing dampness,activating blood flow and relieving pain. The cases in the book is multiple and complex,Master Shen takes nourishing yin and blood as the primary method,and activating blood flow,resolving blood stasis,benefiting qi,dispelling and soothing wind pathogen,reducing fire,strengthening spleen and promote diuresis as the secondary methods regardless of the exterior,interior,deficiency or excess syndrome as well as the existence of the pathogen during the diseases since all o consist of nutrient deficiency and blood impairment. He differentiate the syndrome in details,remains essentially the same despite all apparent changes and flexibly chooses and modifies the formulas,which is worthy of learning from.
