金季玲治疗经行眩晕经验  

Jin Jiling's Experience in Treating Dizziness During Menstruation

摘　　要：经行眩晕以阴虚阳亢证居多,金季玲治之以滋肾平肝为原则,兼以育阴潜阳,熄风止晕,方以六味地黄汤合天麻钩藤饮化裁。常用药为:熟地黄、山茱萸、牡丹皮、泽泻、天麻、钩藤、枸杞子、当归、白芍。根据临床证型不同,随症加减用药,气血虚弱者加阿胶、制何首乌;肾阴亏虚者加制黄精、石斛;痰浊上扰者加制半夏、茯苓。另外,在药物治疗的基础上,注重情志和生活状态的调节,适当给予患者心理安慰和疏导,嘱其合理饮食,戒烟忌酒,进行适当身体锻炼,保持身心愉悦,让精神放松,可以更有效地减少眩晕发生。Most dizziness during menstruation is due to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. Jin Jiling takes the principle of nourishing the kidney and soothing the liver,combines with nourishing yin and suppressing the excessive yang,calming wind and check dizziness. The formula is modified by Six Ingredients Rehmannia Pill combined with Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction. The commonly-used herbs include： Shudihuang（ Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata）,Shanyurou（ Fructus Corni）,Mudanpi（ Cortex Moutan）,Zexie（ Rhizoma Alismatis）,Tianma（ Rhizoma Gastrodiae）,Gouteng（ Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis）,Gouqizi（ Fructus Lycii）,Danggui（ Radix Angelicae Sinensis） and Baishao（ Radix Paeoniae Alba）. According to different clinical syndromes,drugs are modified in line with the symptoms. For patients with insufficient qi and blood,Ejiao（ Colla Corii Asini） and Heshouwu（ Radix Polygoni Multiflori） can be added; for patients with kidney yin deficiency,Huangjing（ Rhizoma Polygonati）and Shihu（ Caulis Dendrobii） can be added; for patients with upward disturbance of phlegm turbidity,Banxia（ Rhizoma Pinelliae） and Fuling（ Poria） can be added. Besides,on the basis of drug therapy,emotional regulation and living status should also be valued. For instance,conduct psychological comfort and advise healthy balanced diet,smoking and alcohol-drinking cessation,physical exercise,pleasant and relaxed mind and body,which can more effectively reduce the occurrence of dizziness.
