疏肝健脾汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病60例

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健脾汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(脂肪肝)的临床疗效。方法:将81例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组21例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用疏肝健脾汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)、三酰甘油(three acyl glycerin,TG)、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为52.38%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ALT、TC、TG等指标改善情况均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Dispersing Stagnated Hepatoqi and Invigorating Spleen on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods： Eighty-one patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 and 21 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine basic treatment,while the ones in the group were added Decoction for Dispersing Stagnated Hepatoqi and Invigorating Spleen based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects,changes of alanine transaminase（ ALT）,three acyl glycerin（ TG） and total cholesterol（ TC） before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 00%,while that of the control group was 52. 38%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the improved ALT,TC and TG of the two groups were all better than those before the treatment; Treatment group was better than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Dispersing Stagnated Hepatoqi and Invigorating Spleen has a remarkable clinical curative effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
