鼻内镜下咽鼓管置管联合柴苓通窍汤治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻内镜下咽鼓管置管联合柴苓通窍汤治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎(chronic secretory otitis media,SOM)的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的80例SOM患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予鼻内镜下咽鼓管置管术治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用柴苓通窍汤治疗,术后随访6个月,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:随访6个月后两组纯音气导听阈水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但同期组间比较治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05),治疗组治愈率、有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:鼻内镜下咽鼓管置管联合柴苓通窍汤治疗慢性SOM效果理想。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of pharyngotympanic tube insertion under nasal endoscope in combination with Decoction of Bupleurum and Poria for Resuscitation on chronic secretory otitis media（ SOM）. Methods： Eighty patients with SOM who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given pharyngotympanic tube insertion under nasal endoscope,while the ones in the treatment group were added Decoction of Bupleurum and Poria for Resuscitation based on the treatment of the control group. Then the patients were followed up for 6 months,and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After 6 months＇ follow- up,the two groups＇ pure tone air conduction audibility threshold levels greatly improved（ P〈0. 05）,but if compared at the same time,the improved degree of the treatment group was more obvious than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The cure rate and the curative effect of the treatment group were obviously higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pharyngotympanic tube insertion under nasal endoscope in combination with Decoction of Bupleurum and Poria for Resuscitation has a satisfactory clinical curative effect on chronic secretory otitis media.
