微卡菌苗治疗肺结核合并糖尿病37例

摘　　要：目的:观察微卡菌苗治疗肺结核合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将2012年3月—2013年12月收治肺结核合并糖尿病患者74例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各37例,对照组给予降血糖、西药抗结核及中药口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用灭菌用水混合微卡菌苗进行肌肉注射。观察两组患者临床症状改善情况、血糖控制情况、痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收范围及不良反应等。结果:两组患者的症状均有好转,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后随机血糖和空腹血糖均有显著性的降低,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者痰菌转阴率以及病灶吸收情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微卡菌苗具有抗痨杀菌的功能,能够显著增强中西医结合治疗肺结核合并糖尿病的临床疗效,促进患者病情的康复。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of vaccae vaccine combined with integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on tuberculosis combined with diabetes. Methods： Seventy-four patients with tuberculosis combined with diabetes who were treated in our hospital between March of 2012 and Dec. of 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given medicine for reducing blood sugar,resisting tuberculosis and TCM for oral administration,while the ones in the observation group were added sterile water mixed vaccae vaccine for intramuscular injection. Then the clinical symptoms improvement,blood sugar control,smear negative conversion ratio,focal absorption range and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The symptoms of all the patients in the two groups were improved; And the observation group was better than the control group. The difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,random blood glucose and fasting glucose of the two groups were significantly reduced,but the differences between groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The smear negative conversion ratio,focal absorption range of the observation group were much better than those of the control group; And the differencess between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Vaccae vaccine has anti-tuberculosis and anti-bacteria funcntion,can significantly enhance the clinical effect of combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine,and promote the recovery of the patients.
