从疏肝健脾谈如何“治未病”

摘　　要：对于肝郁脾虚证型,中医以疏肝健脾为主,兼顾其他脏器的功能状态。"肝郁"原因当一分为二:有虚,有实。肝血不足,不荣而郁;或为肝阳暴涨,疏泄不及,经络阻滞,气机不畅,也能使得肝郁;后者自当疏肝潜阳,而前者阴血本亏,当先充其源,调养脾胃,少佐以疏肝行气之品,切忌过用辛散,耗伤气血,招致变证。只有辨证准确,取中庸之道才能收到良好的疗效。可从"未病"先防,既病防变,既愈防复三个方面着手进行"治未病"的研究,对汤药、针刺、艾灸、推拿这四种传统中医治疗手段进行初步的归纳总结,为治疗肝郁脾虚型的患者整理思路。In terms of syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,TCM treatment focuses on dispersing the liver and activating the spleen,and protecting other organs＇ functions. The reasons for liver depression have asthenia and sthenia. Deficient liver blood leads to depression; Or excessive liver yang leads to failure to disperse,blocking meridians,and unsmooth qi activity,giving rise to liver depression. The latter syndrome should disperse the liver and suppress yang,while the former due to deficient yin blood should supplement its origin,regulate the spleen and stomach,and add drugs with functions of dispersing the liver and moving qi with small amount,and try to avoid the drugs with acrid flavors which can damage qi and blood leading to deteriorated syndromes. Only the accurate syndrome differentiation and taking the middle way can receive a good curative effect. The research of ＂ prevention of disease＂ can be carried out from the following three aspects： prevention of disease which has not appeared,prevention of disease which has appeared from worsening,and prevention of disease which has been cured from reoccurring. Decoction treatment,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage are the four traditional therapies and used together properly to provide train of thought for treating patients with syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency.
