针刺结合心理疗法治疗抑郁症30例

摘　　要：目的：观察针刺结合心理疗法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予盐酸氟西汀胶囊20~40 mg,口服,同时给予心理疗法;治疗组给予针刺结合心理疗法。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后HAMD值变化情况。结果：对照组有效率为83.33%,治疗组有效率为90.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前及治疗1个疗程后两组HAMD分值比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗2个疗程及3个疗程后两组HAMD分值比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺结合心理疗法治疗抑郁症副作用和不良反应少,复发率低。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in combination with psychotherapy on depression.Methods： Sixty patients with depression were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given 20 to 40 mg of Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules for oral administration in combination with psychotherapy,while the ones in the treatment group were given acupuncture in combination with psychotherapy. Then the clinical curative effects and HDMD changes of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 83. 33%,while that of the treatment group was 90. 00%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of HAMD score,the differences before the treatment and after one treatment course between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）,but the differences after two treatment courses and three treatment courses between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture in combination with psychotherapy on depression has fewer side effects and adverse reactions,and a low recurrent rate.
