摘 要:在Q235钢表面电镀Ni-P合金,并在不同温度下对其进行热处理。以合金镀层试样为块材料,以GCr15钢为环材料,以含N-B-Mo抗磨剂的润滑油为介质,在M-2000型摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验,采用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜等研究了不同温度热处理的Ni-P合金镀层在不同抗磨剂含量的润滑油中的摩擦磨损特性,并分析了抗磨剂的抗磨机理。结果表明:随着热处理温度升高,Ni-P合金镀层的硬度先升高后下降,摩擦系数先下降后上升,当热处理温度为300℃时,Ni-P合金镀层的硬度最高,是基体的4.7倍;随着抗磨剂含量增加,Ni-P合金镀层磨损率呈现先降低后增加的趋势,当抗磨剂含量为3%时,磨损率最低,XRD谱结果表明含N-B-Mo抗磨剂润滑油的抗磨机理是在磨损表面生成了具有自润滑性能的BN相。Using Ni-P alloyQ235/GCrl5 steel as friction pair,and the lubricating oil containing N-B-Mo anti-wear agent as the medium,the friction-wear tests were performed by using M-2000 friction and wear tester.The effect of content of anti-wear agent on friction and wear property was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and optical microscope(OM),and then the mechanism of anti-wear agent was analyzed.Results showed that the hardness of the electroless Ni-P alloy coating had a trend of increase and then decrease,with the increase of heat treatment temperature.The hairiness of the electroless Ni-P alloy coating heated at 300℃ was 4.7 times of the substrate.Moreover,the wear rate of the electroless Ni-P alloy coating firstly decreased and then increased,as the content of ceramic anti- wear agent increased.When the content of anti- wear agent was 3%,the wear rate was the lowest.Besides,XRD result presented that the anti-wear mechanism of the lubricating oil containing N-B-Mo anti-wear agent was that BN phase with selflubricating property generated at worn surface.
