摘  要:对于酸雨多发地区运行的列车,研究关键受力部件使用的低合金铸钢材料发生氢损伤而导致力学性能下降的规律,对准确评估其安全服役寿命具有一定意义。采用恒电流阴极电解充氢法对低合金铸钢的冲击试样进行充氢,随后立刻对试样进行冲击测试,从而获得该材料冲击韧性随充氢时间延长的变化规律。通过与其他低合金钢材料测试结果的对比分析可知,充氢前后该低合金铸钢的冲击断口较平整,并存在一些孔洞,属典型脆性断裂。该合金钢的冲击韧性随充氢时间延长而线性下降,充氢96 h后大约下降65%,表现出较弱的耐氢损伤性能。Cathodic electrolytic hydrogen charging under constant current was applied to low alloy cast steel specimens in this study.After that the impact tests of the specimens were conducted immediately.Therefore,the effects of the charging time under the constant charging current on impact toughness of the low alloy cast steel were obtained.Further analysis was carried out by comparison with the measuring results of other low alloy cast steels.Results indicated that the fracture surface of the impact specimens was flat with some visible holes or pores,presenting a typical brittle fracture.Moreover,the impact toughness of the low alloy cast steel was decreased linearly with extending charging time.Besides,the toughness value was only about 35% of its original one after 96 h of hydrogen charging,which exhibited a weak hydrogen damage resistance.
