摘 要:以2,3-二巯基丁二酸(DMSA)为配体,以Eu^(3+)和Cd^(2+)为中心金属离子,采用低温水热合成方法成功制备了粒径为20~40 nm的铕-镉异金属配位聚合物纳米粒子.在氮气氛围保护下将该配位聚合物进行热处理得到了Eu_2O_2S/CdS的异质结构.详细考察了煅烧温度对合成产物的影响,结果表明:温度是制备异质结材料的关键因素.对合成的产物进行了表征,并对配位聚合物的荧光性能进行了研究.Eu-Cd heterometallic coordination polymer nanoparticles with diameters of 20-40 nm has been successfully synthesized by employing meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid( DMSA) as ligand and Eu3 +and Cd2 +as central metal ions under hydrothermal method at lower temperature. Eu2O2 S / Cd S heterojunctions were fabricated through a high-temperature treatment of the as-prepared coordination polymer under the N2 atmosphere. The influence of calcination temperature on the synthesis of the product was investigated in detail. Results show that the temperature is the critical factor to prepare heterojunction materials. The as-prepared products were characterized using different methods. In addition,the luminescent property of the coordination polymer was also studied.
