天然气长输管道在线补偿新技术的应用

摘  要:基于管道受损状态以及受损部位应力解析上,采取开椭圆形孔进行在线补强,管道受压轴线与孔面垂直时,孔面边界所受应力相对较小,避免孔边应力过于集中。通过大量实验以及实例研究,认为管道在受损情况下,进行安全补强基本参数:H壁厚≥2.3 mm,P管道压力<2.7 MPa;同时,现场作业操作人员应按照要求衣着,配备有效的灭火器10具,在线焊接作业完毕后,应及时进行检测焊缝,采取相应的防腐、检漏措施,在线补强新技术一项高效、实惠、便捷的技术,有良好的借鉴价值。On-line reinforcement by opening the oval hole need be carried out based on the pipeline damage state and stress analysis on the damage. When pipe compression axis is vertical to the hole surface, stress of the hole surface boundary is relatively small, avoiding stress concentration on the side of hole. Through a large number of experiments and case study, the security reinforcing basic parameters were obtained as follows: H≥2.3 mm, and line pressure P〈2.7 MPa; At the same time, on-site operating personnel should be dressed in accordance with the requirements, 10 effective fire extinguishers should be equipped; after the welding operation, the weld seam should be timely tested, anticorrosion and leakage detecting measures should be used. The new online reinforcing technology is efficient, economical and convenient, it has good reference value.
