摘  要:介绍了世界范围内纵流式换热器的研究现状。从管、壳程两方面阐述了换热器结构改进及强化传热机理。列举了换热器壳程中用于支撑管束的整圆形板支撑、花格板支撑、折流杆式支撑和螺旋折流片支撑。分析了不同结构优化下纵流式换热器的传热系数、压力损失和抗诱导振动能力等特点。最后对纵流式换热器的发展前景进行了展望。The research status quo of worldwide heat exchangers with longitudinal flow was introduced. Structural improvement and heat transfer enhancement mechanism of the heat exchangers were discussed from two aspects of tube pass and shell pass. Circle orifice plate supports, checkered plate supports, rod baffle supports and helical baffle supports for supporting the tube bundle in shell side were enumerated. The heat transfer coefficient of longitudinal flow heat exchangers after structural optimization was analyzed as well as pressure loss, induced vibration resistance and so on. At last, developing prospect of the longitudinal flow heat exchanger was presented.
