摘　　要：目的:研究多囊卵巢综合症内分泌异常与CD8+CD28+/CD8+CD28-T细胞平衡的关系。方法:将在本院就诊的60例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为胰岛素抵抗组和非胰岛素抵抗组,并选取30例健康女性为对照组,分别检测T细胞及其细胞内因子、性激素及胰岛素水平并做出比较。结果:三组患者CD8+CD28+T细胞与IFN-γ含量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者CD8+CD28-T细胞及IL-4含量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者的FSH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组患者LH、Insulin和HOMA-IR水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者的免疫平衡表现为对CD8+CD28-T细胞的过度抑制,因此该细胞数量的升高与内分泌紊乱及胰岛素抵抗密切相关。Objective： To study the polycystic ovary syndrome endocrine abnormalities and CD8＋CD28＋/ CDS＋CD28- T cells in balanced relationship.Method： The 60 patients in our hospital with polycystic ovary syndrome patients were divided into groups of insulin resistance and non-insulin resistant group, and 30 cases of healthy women as a control group, T cells and cytokines, hormone and insulin level were detected and compared. Result： The differences of CD8＋CD28＋ T cells and IFN-γ content in three groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, CD8＋CD28- T cells and IL-4 content differences between the three groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The difference of FSH level between the three groups was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . The difference of LH, Insulin and HOMA-IR levels in three groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The immune balance performance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome for the CD8＋CD28 T cells suppress excessive, so the increase in the number of cells is closely related to endocrine disorders and insulin resistance.
