摘 要:目的:了解重庆市社区医务人员使用抗生素知识、态度、行为现状及健康教育需求,为有针对性的实施健康教育提供参考依据。方法:采用简单随机抽样对重庆市8家社区卫生服务中心200名医务人员采用自填式问卷调查。结果:社区医务人员使用抗生素相关知识平均分为(14.94±2.15)分,使用抗生素相关态度平均分为(19.68±1.51)分,使用抗生素相关行为平均分为(45.24±2.80)。KAP(知-信-行)平均得分为(78.97±6.20)分,社区医务人员获得相关知识的主要途径为医院岗位培训或继续教育(29.67%)。社区医务人员愿意接受多形式的培训方式,包括专家讲座(25.94%)、针对性互动教育(24.64%)等。结论:重庆市社区医务人员对抗生素使用相关知识有所了解,但存在不足;需针对社区医务人员的健康教育需求,在社区开展不同形式的健康教育活动和培训,以提高其整体知识水平,减少社区滥用抗生素。Objective: To study the knowledge of antibiotics use, propose improvements and measures, and reduce the rate of antibiotics use.Method: In this research, a total of 200 community health workers were used questionnaire investigation.Result: Chongqing community health workers use of antibiotics knowledge average score was ( 14.94 ±2.15 ) points, the use of antibiotic-associated attitudes average score was ( 19.68± 1.51 ) points, antibiotic related behaviors average score was ( 45.24 ± 2.80 ) points.KAP average score was ( 78.97 ± 6.20 ) points, the main way to obtain knowledge of community medical staff for the hospital job training or continuing education ( 29.67% ) .Community health workers were willing to accept more forms of training, including expert lectures (25.94%), and targeted interactive education ( 24.64% ), etal.Conclusion:Chongqingeommunityheahhworkers to understand the knowledge of antibiotic use, but there are not enough; the need for heahh education needs of community health workers in the Community to carry out various forms of health education activities and training to enhance their overall knowledge level, reducing community antibiotic abuse.
