基于“5E”伤害预防原则构建临床护士跌倒预防评价量表

摘　　要：目的:构建临床护士跌倒预防评价量表,评价临床护士跌倒预防工作是否到位。方法:以"5E"原则作为理论框架,在查阅国内外跌倒相关文献、分析医院跌倒事件原因和访谈基础上,采用德尔菲专家咨询法,通过修改内容、增设条目,构建临床护士跌倒预防评价量表。结果:初步形成包含5个领域,11个维度,共65个条目的临床护士跌倒预防评价量表,两轮专家咨询专家积极性高,个体专家权威系数均>0.70,群体专家权威系数为0.92,两轮专家意见协调系数分别为0.179和0.407。结论:以"5E"伤害预防原则为理论框架,构建临床护士跌倒预防评价量表,临床护士通过评价自身跌倒预防工作,及时发现防跌倒工作中的不足,提出改进措施,从而提高工作效率和自身素质。Objective： To develop an instrument for evaluating whether clinical nurses＇ fall prevention are in place.Method： On the theory of the principle of ＂5E＂ framework, and on the basis of referring to domestic and overseas fall related literature, the causes of hospital falls were analyzed, and with nurses and hospital logistic staffs were interviewed.Then modifications and additions of the items by the Delphi expert consultation.Result： Clinical nurses＇ fall prevention evaluation scale was Initially formed, which contains 5 areas, 11 dimensions and a total of 65 items.Two rounds of delphi expert consultation showed that experts had highly enthusiasm, individual authority coefficient of experts〉0.70 and the group authority coefficient of experts was 0.92, expert opinion coordination coefficient respectively were 0.179 and 0.407.Conclusion： The ＂5E＂ injury prevention principles as the theoretical framework of clinical nurses＇ fall prevention evaluation scale, by which the clinical nurses can find the shortcomings of fall prevention, so as to improve work efficiency and personal qualities.
