摘 要:由于除草剂敌草快易溶于水,造成水资源的污染,为快速检测该除草剂在水中的残留量,建立了超高效液相色谱(UPLC)-串联质谱(MS/MS)法测定敌草快在水中残留量的方法。首先将水样过水系滤膜除去不溶性杂质,再用乙腈定容后直接进样。采用ESI正离子模式测定,多离子反应监测模式扫描,外标法定量。该方法在0.005~5 mg/L,范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 1,添加回收率在91.10%~96.58%,相对标准偏差在3.41%~5.95%,检出限为0.005 mg/kg,保留时间0.8 min左右。该方法前处理操作简便,可用于饮用水和环境水体中痕量敌草快的测定。Because diquat dibromide is easy to dissolve in water,it may cause water pollution. In order to detect the residue of the herbicide in water quickly,a rapid and sensitive method has been developed for determination of diquat dibromide in water samples by ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. The samples were filtered by the filter membrane to remove the insoluble impurities,and then fixed with acetonitrile. ESI positive ion mode,multi ion reaction monitoring mode scanning and external standard method were used for the determination. The linear relationship is good in the range of 0. 005-5 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 1,The method detection limit for target compound was 0. 005 mg / kg. Retention time is about 0. 8min. The recovery for the samples is between91. 10% and 96. 58% with the relative standard deviation of 3. 41%-5. 95%. Pre-treatment of this method is simple and easy to operate,so it can be used for the determination of trace amounts of diquat dibromide in drinking water and environmental water.
