工科类大学生创新基地管理模式探究

摘　　要：工科大学生创新基地(以下简称基地)的管理体制和管理模式的研究,能更好地促进创新人才的培养。对提升人才培养质量,增强高等教育的自主创新能力具有重要意义。在10多年的工科大学生创新基地的运行过程中,在管理方面还存在一些问题,就出现的这些问题,我们深入研讨这些问题的解决方法和解决途径。确立新的管理模式和管理方法,实施三级管理机制和人财物综合管理;把学生作为管理的主体,教师和实验管理人员为辅的管理模式。以学生自我管理为主,以高年级带领低年级的学生的方式,建立研究互助组,创立具有学科特色的规范的管理制度和管理体系。为学生提供一个自我锻炼和自我主导的管理平台,使大学生创新基地高效、顺畅、有序运行,为创新型人才培养提供良好的实践环境,真正成为创新型人才的培养基地。The cultivation of innovative talents can be better promoted by the research on the management systems and modes of engineering college students＇ innovation bases which are significant for improving talents＇ cultivation quality and the capability of independent innovation of high education. After more than 10-year operating process of engineering college students＇ innovation bases,there are still some management problems,the solutions and ways for these problems will be discussed deeply in this paper. New management modes and methods with a three-grade management mechanism are established,and integrated management on personnel and properties is implemented; the management mode which regards students as the subject of management and teachers and administrative staffs of experiments as helpers is also adopted. The innovative point is to establish mutual-aid team on research and set up normative management rules and management systems with subject features by regarding students＇ self-management as primary and letting senior students guide junior students. The high-efficiency,smooth and well-organized operation of college students＇ innovation bases can be ensured by providing a self-exercise and self-guided management platform for students. And qualified talents with solid professional theories,innovative thinking and innovation ability can be cultivated for China by setting up real training bases of innovative talents which can offer a favorable practice environment for cultivating innovative talents.
