摘　　要：实验室是培养学生实践能力和创新能力、从事科学研究和技术开发的重要场所。近年来随着草业科学专业的迅猛发展,现行的实验室管理运行机制已经不能适应学科的发展需求。因此在充分认识实验室管理在整个教学科研活动中重要地位的基础上,针对草业科学专业当前实验室管理工作的现状及存在的问题,在传统工作基础上进一步探索实验室管理改革与创新。文章对实验教学的整体重视度、实验室人才队伍建设、实验室规章制度完善、实验资源共享以及实验配套指导体系建立等方面做了有益的探讨。切实推动实验管理工作的前行与进步,为实验室管理体制的完善提供一定的经验和借鉴。Laboratory is a very important place for pursuing scientific research and technology development,it can cultivate students＇ practical ability and innovation ability. The current laboratory management mechanism is not suitable to the development of pratacultural science. Laboratory management has always played a powerful role in teaching. The innovative measures are elaborated by analysis of the problems and situation of laboratory management in pratacultural science,which include increasing attention of experimental teaching,building the talent team of laboratory,perfecting the management regulations,and sharing the experiment resources. It will promote the advancement of experimental management,and provide certain experience and reference of perfecting the laboratory management system.
