摘　　要：通过分析欧盟RAPEX系统通报的我国玩具产品案例,统计共性的通报原因,归纳总结出口欧盟玩具存在的风险,并有针对性地提出应对措施,以帮助玩具生产企业制造出符合欧盟标准的产品,从而保障我国出口欧盟玩具产品的质量安全,减少通报召回,促进我国玩具外贸事业的健康发展。This paper through the cases analysis of Chinese toys which was notified in EU RAPEX system,find out the common reason of the notification,then sum up the risk of toys exported to European Union,and targeted countermeasures are put forward to help toy manufactures produce merchandises according with EU standards,so as to improve the quality and safety of Chinese toys exported to EU,reduce the notification recall cases in RAPEX system,promote the healthy development of the Chinese toys external trade business.
