摘　　要：归纳现行标准对剩余电压及剩余能量的要求,分析剩余电压及剩余能量的特点及产生的机理并对其测量方法进行研究,提出一套全新的关于剩余电压及剩余能量测量仪器的设计方案,并给出了样机和实测数据及波形图。This article concludes requirements of current standards on residual voltage and residual energy,analyzes the characteristics and mechanism of residual voltage and residual energy and researches on its measuring method,proposing a new set of suggestions on the residual voltage and residual energy measuring instrument design together with prototype,measured data and the waveform graph.
