摘　　要：本文将生命周期的概念引入标准情报服务理论与方法当中,对技术标准生命周期中的孕育、成长、成熟和老化的四个阶段与标准制修订的关键环节进行了映射,并分析了标准生命周期中各个关键环节的标准情报分析的服务需求,基于需求建立了支撑标准生命周期的标准情报技术平台,提出了技术标准情报分析服务的模式。This paper introduces the concept of ＂life cycle＂ into the research of standard information service. The stages of technical standards life cyclebirth, growth, maturity and aging and some key links to the developing of standards are presented. This paper also analyzes the standard information service requirements during the key periods of the life cycle, discusses how to establish the standard information technology platform to provide enough technical support for the information service, and proposes the technical standard information service mode.
