摘　　要：城市社区档案管理是档案工作的新领域,面临着档案管理意识淡薄、档案管理专业人员缺乏、档案收集整理缺乏规范性、档案管理信息化滞后、档案信息利用不足等方面的问题,为更好地推进社区建设,服务民生,应从增强档案意识、提高档案管理人员素质、加强业务指导、加强档案利用服务等方面规范社区档案管理。Urban Community archives management is a new field of archival work. In this field, there are some problems, such as lack of awareness of archive management, shortage of professional archivists, lack of normalization in archives collection, backward informatization of archives management, underutilization of archives information etc. In order to better promote community building and serve people, we must regulate archives management by strengthening awareness of archives, improving quality of archivists, enhancing operational guidance, promoting archives utilization, and so on.
