摘  要:污水生物处理中,对胞外多聚物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)进行成分分析是理解污泥稳定性、絮凝性以及相关生物代谢机制的重要基础。通过对比研究传统的序批式反应器(sequencing batch reactor,SBR)中悬浮活性污泥和序批式移动床生物膜反应器(sequencing batch moving bed biofilm reactor,SBMBBR)中生物膜特性以及2种反应器在低温运行中3种形态污泥EPS成分,探讨了EPS成分对低温(6℃和10℃)条件下,2种反应器的适应性及污染物去除效果的影响。结果表明:在低温条件下,胞外蛋白质(protein,PN)为各种形态污泥EPS中的主要成分,紧密附着型EPS(tightly-bound EPS,TB-EPS)占EPS总量的比例最高;有机负荷和水温度等工艺条件的变化对EPS中PN和胞外多糖(polysaccharides,PS)的单位体积质量比PN/PS影响较大;悬浮活性污泥EPS中PN/PS比生物膜的低;10℃时反应器低负荷运行时污泥的EPS含量大于高负荷运行时的,而6℃时各种形态污泥中EPS含量随负荷的升高呈现出上升的趋势。In biological wastewater treatment, the extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) composition affects the activated sludge stability, floeculation and biological metabolism. The EPS composition in different activated sludges (attached, suspended and hybrid) was measured at low temperatures (6℃ and 10℃) to analyze its influence on the biological adaptability and pollutant removal. A sequencing batch moving bed biofilm reactor (SBMBBR) and a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) were used in the lab scale tests. The results show that protein (PN) was the main ingredient in the sludge EPS with tightly bound EPS (TB-EPS) having the highest proportion in the total EPS. The organic load and temperature change significantly affected the PN and PS (Polysaccharides) ratios as the mass per unit volume for different activated sludges, with the suspended sludge having lower PN/PS ratios than the biofilm sludge. At 10℃, the EPS produetion rate increased in the low organic load sludge, but at 6℃, the EPS contents in the attached, suspended and hybrid sludge increased with the organic load.
