云南省托幼机构卫生保健现状调查分析及对策

摘　　要：[目的]全面了解云南省各地、各类托幼机构卫生保健工作现状,发现工作中存在的主要问题和困难,为进一步规范托幼机构卫生保健工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用现场调查方式,分层随机抽样方法,随机抽取了20个县(市、区)的183所托幼机构保健室设置的情况、保健人员的配备、保健制度的建立、膳食管理及班级卫生措施等项目进行调查分析。[结果]云南省仅45.99%的托幼机构中设置了保健室;60.11%配备有保健员;38.86%膳食管理较完善;84.15%个人卫生条件,18.03%的班级卫生条件符合国家规范,且托幼机构的卫生保健工作发展不平衡,城乡差异明显。[结论]各级各类托幼机构的卫生保健工作发展参差不齐;各项卫生保健工作措施亟待加强。Objective To comprehensively understand health care work situation of various kindergartens around Yunnan, find existing problems and difficulties in the working so as to provide seientifie basis for the kindergartens＇ health care work further norm. Methods Surveys were condueted by stratified random sampling and field investigation method at 183 kindergartens in 20 counties of Yunnan province, the investigation included health care staffs, sponsor system, food management, sanitary measure and so on. Results 45.99% of kindergartens set up health care rooms, 60. 11% of kindergartens had health eare staffs, 38. 86% of kindergartens had perfect food management, 84. 15% of kindergartens＇ personal hygiene was better, 18.03% of kindergartens＇ sanitary condition fitted national regulation. Health care work developed unbalance, there was obviously difference between urban and rural. Conclusions Health care work of various kindergartens developed unbalance. It needs to strengthen all kinds of health care work.
