摘 要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚己二酰丁二胺(PA46)复合材料,研究了玻璃纤维用量对PA46/GF复合材料力学性能、热性能、介电性能和结晶性能的影响以及硅烷偶联剂种类对GF表面处理效果的影响。结果表明:复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、负荷变形温度、起始分解温度、电气强度和相对介电常数随GF用量的增加而增加,悬臂梁无缺口冲击强度和缺口冲击强度随着玻璃纤维的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,硅烷偶联剂的加入可以改善复合材料的力学性能。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究发现,玻璃纤维具有异相成核剂的作用,但玻璃纤维过多时,会阻碍PA46分子链段的运动重排,阻碍结晶。A glass fiber (GF) reinforced polyamide46 (PA46) composite was prepared by melt blending method, and the effect of glass fiber content on the mechanical properties, thermal properties, dielectric property, crystallization properties of the PA46/GF composites and the effect of silane coupling agents on the surface treatment of glass fiber were studied. The results show that with the increase of glass fiber content, the tensile strength, flexural strength, deflection temperature under load, initial decomposition tem- perature, electric strength, and relative dielectric constant of the composite increase, while the notched izod impact strength and notch impact strength increase firstly and then decrease. The addition of silane coupling agents can improve the mechanical properties of the composite. The DSC test results show that the glass fiber has the effect of heterogeneous nuclei, but excessive glass fiber could hinder the move- ment of PA46 molecule segment, and the crystallization of PA46 is restrained.
