牛传染性鼻气管炎IBRV/JZ06-3基础毒株的安全性和免疫原性研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在对牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒IBRV/JZ06-3基础毒株犊牛免疫的安全性和免疫原性进行评价。通过犊牛颈部肌肉接种IBRV/JZ06-3弱毒活疫苗,考察该毒株的单剂量、超剂量、单剂量重复安全试验和免疫原性试验效果。结果证实,在安全性试验中用IBRV/JZ06-3基础毒株接种犊牛后未出现典型临床感染症状,证明对犊牛免疫是安全的;免疫原性研究中,血清抗体检测接种病毒含量分别为106.0TCID50/m L、105.0TCID50/m L的疫苗时,免疫后28d血清抗体能达到1∶512以上,用强毒株攻毒后,保护率均为100%,对犊牛有很好的免疫原性。The infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus strain IBRV/JZ06- 3 was used in this study. Single dose,overdose and single dose redu- plication safety experiment and immunogenicity experiment were adopted in this experiment. When the calves were immunized with IBRV/JZ06 - 3, typical clinical symptoms of infection did not appear. It suggested that the calves immunized with IBRV/JZD6 - 3 were safe. The mean of SN antibody titters was above 1 ： 512 in 28d after the immtmization. The protection was 100% after challenge. The results suggest that the immu- nization of IBRV/JZ06- 3 is safe for the calf, and it can well protect the calf from the IBRV.
