摘　　要：经济新常态下,经济增长速度换挡、经济结构优化、经济增长动力转化增加了当前整个社会的就业压力。促进创业带动就业,尤其是促进大学生农村创业带就业不仅可以解决农民工结构性失业、农村隐性失业的问题,而且对于促进农村经济发展和实现农业现代化具有重要意义。在农业产业经济拉动和国家政策推动的双重作用下,当前大学生农村创业前景乐观,但创业比例依然较低,面临种种困境,亟需从社会、学校、个人三个层面支持和引导大学生农村创业,从而实现创业带动就业的倍增效应。Under the new economic situation, the economic growth rate shift, the economic structure optimization, the economic growth impetus transformation has increased the employment pressure of the whole society. Promote entrepreneurship driven employment, especially in the promotion of entrepreneurship of college students from rural areas with employment can not only solve the problem of migrant workers structural unemployment, rural recessive unemployment, and to promote rural economic development and realize the modernization of agriculture is of important significance. In the dual role of the agricultural industry to promote economic and national policies to promote the rural entrepreneurship of college students optimistic about the prospects, but the proportion of entrepreneurs is still low, with all kinds of difficulties, need from three aspects of society, school and individual support and guide the rural entrepreneurship of college students. Thereby, we venture to promote employment multiplier effect.
