摘　　要：构建一种高等教育管理运行机制模型,便于国内外高等教育发展进程及改革趋势分析,为探讨中国高等教育管理体制的改革政策的制定和评价提供参考.围绕人、事、财、物、信息等核心要素,就高等教育运行机制设置6个指标,按集中程度将各指标分为4个层级,视指标为维数,按4个层级取特征值,借用坐标和向量的概念,建立高等学校管理运行机制模型.模型展现了高等教育管理运行机制的46种可能性.应用模型能够分析不同阶段高等教育管理的曲线分布和趋势.选择运行效果好的运行方式作为参考,利用模型可确定需改革和优化的目标参数.A model of management operation mechanism of higher education is built as a reference for the formulation and evaluation of China＇s higher education management system reform policy,and it is a good way to analyze the development process and reform trend of higher education at home and abroad. The model is established with the concept of coordinate and vector,setting up six indicators as dimension around human,matter,finance,product,information,and other core elements,which are divided into 4 levels according to the degree of concentration,at which the characteristic values are taken. There are 46 possibilities of higher education management mechanism shown in the model,with which the curve distribution and trend of higher education management at different stages can be analyzed. By choosing a good operation mode as a reference,the model can be used to determine the target parameters to be reformed and optimized.
