摘　　要：阐述了五味子有效成分五味子多糖的分离纯化及其在护肝、抗疲劳、抗氧化、加强免疫功能、抗肿瘤等作用的研究进展.The effective constituents of Schisandra chinensis Baill, the separation and purification of Polysaccharide from Schisandra chinensis and its pharmacological effects on liver, anti-hypoxia, anti-fatigue, enhancing immunity and anti-tumor are increasing. This article gives a summary on the research progress.
