摘  要:本文对钪酸盐浸渍式扩散阴极进行制备与研究。选择5种不同粒径的钨粉以及钪钨粉进行阴极基体的制备。通过对压制、烧结、浸渍工艺的改进优化及控制获得含钪扩散阴极。对阴极基体粉末进行分析,对阴极进行了脉冲发射测试,并将结果与普通浸渍式含钪扩散阴极进行了比较。研究结果表明这一批阴极的脉冲发射电流密度在1000℃,拐点发射电流密度达到60A/cm^2;1050℃时,能够得到接近130A/cm^2的拐点发射电流密度;同时空间电荷区的斜率为1.37~1.44,最高达到1.44,接近理论值1.5,这说明该阴极在具有优异发射性能的同时也具有很好的发射均匀性。Scandate cathodes are prepared and studied in this research. The cathode matrixs are made of scandia-tungsten and pure tungsten powers with various sizes. Based on a series of techniques including pressing, sintering and impregnating, scandate dispenser cathodes are fabricated. The properties of the powders are analyzed. The pulse emission performances of cathodes are tested in water-coolling-anode diodes, and then are compared with those of common cathodes. The results show that the pulse emission inflexion current density of the cathodes reaches 60 A/em at 1000℃ and 130A/cm^2 at 1050℃. While the space charge region slopes are between 1.37--1.44, approaching the theoretical value 1.5. The result reveals that cathode has an excellent emission ability and very good emitting uniformity.
