摘　　要：文章以获得2015年度上海市建设工程优质工程首个"白玉兰小区"奖的上海市大型居住社区新选址航头基地21-05地块项目为例,介绍该项目在创优质工程过程中的技术创新与技术管控对项目的支撑。Taking the 21-05 Plot Projects of Hangtou Base, which is tile new location of large residential community in Shanghai and awarded the first Magnolia Neighborhood of the 2015 high-qualified projects of Shanghai constructive projects, as an example, the paper introduces its technological innovation and management on supporting the project in the process of being the high-qualified project.
