摘　　要：文章阐述雨水管理和生态智慧的含义及二者的关系,分析德国绍尔豪森公园住区项目产生背景、发展过程及策略等方面,总结雨水管理与生态智慧社区在建设过程中的联系、相互作用及具体内容,提出雨水管理纵向多层级规划思路及横向基本空间建设的雨水管理机制,以期总结基于雨水管理理念的生态智慧社区的发展方向及创新点,并为我国生态智慧社区的建立提供依据。The paper explains the meanings of rainwater management and ecological wisdom as well as their relationship. By analyzing the background, development process and strategy of Scharnhauser Park Residential Project in German, the paper concludes the connection, interaction and the specific content of rainwater management and ecological wisdom community in the process of construction, so as to put forward the vertical multi-level planning thought of rainwater management and the basic horizontal space construction of rainwater management system. Accordingly, it also concludes the developmental direction of the ecological wisdom community based on the theory of rainwater management, which may provides evidence for the construction of ecological wisdom community in china.
