摘　　要：针对饰面砖外墙普遍存在的渗漏问题,分析了饰面砖外墙出现渗漏现象的机理和原因,并介绍了对应的预防处理措施及事后补救方法,为减少或消除建筑外墙渗漏提供参考。In terms of widespread leakage problem of facing brick exterior wall, this article analyses leakage mechanism and cause and introduces corresponding prevention and treatment measures, as well as post remedial method, which can provide reference for reducing and eliminating leakage of building exterior wall.
