摘  要:针对永磁转子电机弱磁难的缺点,设计制造了永磁段和高密度轴向叠片各向异性段组合的转子同步电机。分析了组合转子同步电机弱磁调速原理,结构上削弱了永磁体磁链,增大了直轴电感,易于弱磁。通过同步变频发电机组供电实验,得到调速范围2倍于基速。表明组合转子电机弱磁性能优于永磁电机。Aiming at the difficult operation of Field - weakening on permanent magnet rotor motor, a rotor synchronous motor making up of permanent magnet section and high density Axially - Laminated Anisotropic (ALA) section is designed and manufactured. The field - weakening speed control principle of combined rotor synchronous motor is analyzed, the permanent magnet flux is weakened in structure, the direct axis inductance increases, field - weakening becomes easy. The experiment of synchronous variable frequency generator power supply has been done and the obtained adjusting speed range is 2 times of the base speed range, which veri- fies that the field - weakening performance of combined rotor motor can be better than that of the permanent magnet motor.
