摘 要:通过熔融缩聚法成功合成了一种主链含5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)的可生物降解聚丁二酸丁二酯共聚物前药,采用红外分光光度法、核磁共振法和紫外分光光度法对共聚物结构进行了表征,并对共聚物的体外释药性能进行了初步试验。结果表明共聚物具有预期的结构并具有体外释药性,共聚物在p H 1.7的缓冲液中120 h最大释药率为80.3%。共聚物具有良好的降解性能和释药性能,可作为一种新颖的可生物降解药物缓释材料。A biodegradable poly( butylene succinate) prodrug containing 5- fluorouracil in the main chain was synthesized by melt polycondensation reaction. The structure and properties of copolyester was measured by FT-IR,1HNMR and UV. And the drug release properties of copolyester were studied in vitro. It was found that the copolymer had anticipated structure and drug release property. The maxmium drug release rate in p H 1. 7 buffer solution reached 80. 3%in 120 h. The hydrolytic degradation test indicated the resulting copolyester had an excellent degradability and drug release properties and can be used as a novel biodegradable material for drug release system.
