山慈菇复方制剂对再生障碍性贫血小鼠的药效学

摘　　要：目的 :探讨山慈菇复方制剂对再生障碍性贫血小鼠的药效作用。方法 :以环磷酰胺 5 0mg·kg-1皮下注射和甲苯 30mg·L-1吸入染毒联合应用复制小鼠再障模型 ,分组给予山慈菇复方制剂 2 5 g·kg-135d ,并与生理盐水组对照 ,检测各组小鼠Hb、WBC、PLT、RET ,并观察骨髓、脾脏的病理形态及耳廓微循环等指标。结果 :山慈菇复方组有明显促进模型组小鼠外周血细胞回升及增强骨髓造血功能的作用 ,对模型组小鼠外周微循环也有一定的改善作用 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性。结论 :OBJECTIVE To observe the pharmacodynamic effects of Shancigu compound on mice of Aplastic Anemia(A.A.).METHODS Subcutaneous injection with cyclophosphamide 50 mg·kg -1 and inhaling methylbenzene 30 mg·L -1 combinedly. Divide these mice into two groups. One group is treated by ShanCiGu compound 25 g·kg -1 while the other one is treated by physiological Saline, ig. And regard the second group as control group, then observe the pathologic morphological changes of bone marrow and spleen, and the indexes of auricular microcirculation of mice, etc. RESULTS ShanCiGu compound group has obvious function of increasing periphery hematocytes and strengthening the function of hematopoiesis of bone marrow. CONCLUSIONS It has a certain effect on improving periphery microcirculation. Compared to control group, there is an obvious difference.
