摘　　要：目的：探讨两种口腔护理方法在经口气管插管机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法：将2015年1～10月我院ICU经口气管插管机械通气患者60例，随机等分为试验组和对照组，试验组采用冲吸式口护吸痰管进行口腔护理，对照组采用儿童软毛牙刷刷牙加口腔冲洗法进行口腔护理。对两组患者菌斑指数、口腔护理并发症、口腔护理时间等方面进行观察和比较。结果：试验组在患者呛咳发生率、口腔护理操作时间方面较对照组少（P〈0．05）。在菌斑指数、口腔异味、黏膜充血、溃疡、操作准备时间方面两组差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：使用冲吸式口护吸痰管进行口腔护理，有效降低呛咳发生率，减少微误吸的发生，节省护士操作时间，更适用于经口气管插管机械通气患者。Objective：To explore the application effects of two different oral care methods in patients taken orotracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation. Methods： Selected 60 patients taken orotracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation in ICU of our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015, randomly divided them into experimental group and control group. The experimental group conducted oral care with oral care suction catheter of flushing and suction type, and the control group conducted oral care with methods of tooth brushing with child pappus toothbrush and oral cavity washing. Observed and compared the plaque index, oral care complication, oral care time of patients in the two groups. Results ： The bucking incidence and oral care operation time of the experimental group was less than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance in the differences between the two groups in aspects of plaque index, peculiar smell in oral cavity, mucosa hyperemia, ulcer and operation preparation time （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Using oral care suction catheter of flushing and suction type to conduct oral care can effectively lower bucking incidence, reduce occurrence of tiny aspiration, save nurses＇ operation time, for which it is more suitable for patients taken orotracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation.
