摘  要:目的:探讨不同术中保温措施对开胸手术患者凝血功能和手术部位感染(SSI)的影响。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年8月我科开胸手术患者100例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予盖被保温;观察组给予患者升温系统联合盖被保温,比较两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(AWT)、低体温发生率及SSI发生率。结果:手术开始后30min及术毕时,观察组PT,APTT,TT均低于对照组(P〈0.05),术后低体温发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05),术后SSI发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:采用患者升温系统对开胸手术患者进行术中保温,有利于改善凝血功能,减少SSI及低体温发生率。Objective : To explore the influence of different intraoperative insulation measures on coagulation function and surgical site infection (SSI) of patients undergoing thoracic surgery. Methods:Selected 100 surgical patients undergoing thoracic surgery in our department from September 2013 to August 2015 as research objects, and randomly divided them into control group and observation group. The control group was given with quilt covering insulation, while the observation group was given with heating system with the combination of quilt covering insulation. Compared the prothrombin time ( PT), thrombin time (TT) ,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), hypothermia incidence and SSI incidence. Results:In the 30 min after the operation began and' at the time when the operation ended, the PT, APTT and TT of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The postoperative hypothermia incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The postoperative SSI incidence of the ob- servation group was lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Adopting patient heating system to conduct intraoperative insulation on pa- tients undergoing thoracic surgery is beneficial for improving coagulation function and reducing SSI and hypothermia incidence.
