一次性手术床垫的研制及在手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一次性手术床垫的研制方法及其在手术患者中的应用效果。方法 :选择手术患者90例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照A组、对照B组。观察组选用自行设计的一次性手术床垫,对照A组选用一次性无纺布垫单,对照B组选用普通棉布床单,比较3组患者皮肤舒适度和外观皮肤潮湿度、手术床污染程度及护理人员工作满意度。结果 :观察组患者皮肤舒适度优于对照A和B组(P<0.05),皮肤潮湿度轻于对照A和B组(P<0.05),观察组和对照A组的手术床污染程度轻于对照B组(P<0.05),观察组的护理人员工作满意度优于对照A和B组(P<0.05)。结论:自行研究定制的一次性手术床垫能够提高手术患者的皮肤舒适度,减轻患者皮肤潮湿,避免手术床污染,提高护理人员工作满意度,值得在临床推广应用。Objective ： To explore the development method of disposable operation mattress and its application effect in surgical patients. Methods ： Selected 90 surgical patients, randomly divided them into observation group, control group A and control group B. The observation group used self - designed disposable operation mattress, the control group A used disposable non - woven mat, and the control group B used ordinary cotton bed sheet. Compared skin comfort level and skin humidity level, pollution level of operating table and nursing staff satisfaction of patients in the three groups. Results ： The skin comfort level of patients in the observation group was better than those of the control group A and control group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the skin humidity level was better than those of the control group A and control group B, the pollution level of operating tables of the observation group and control group A was lighter than that of the control group B （P 〈 0.05 ）, the working satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group was better than those of the control group A and control group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The self - developed disposable operating table can enhance patients＇skin comfort level, reduce patients＇skin humidity, avoid operating table pollution and improve nursing staff＇s working satisfaction, for which it is worth of clinical promotion and application.
