标识法在急诊急救物品管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨标识法在急救物品管理中的应用效果。方法:比较标识法应用前后的急救物品管理质量相关指标,应用前后过期物品件数、物品取用耗时、物品检查耗时、物品使用速度。结果:应用后的过期物品件数、物品取用耗时、物品检查耗时、物品使用速度均低于应用前(P<0.05),应用后的用药准确率以及护理缺陷、护理不良事件、护理潜在隐患发生率高于标识法应用前(P<0.05)。标识法应用后的护理缺陷、护理不良事件、护理潜在隐患的发生率均低于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:标识法应用于急诊急救物品管理中,可以提高急救物品的管理质量,保障急救物品的安全与质量,提高护理人员的工作效率,进而有助于抢救工作的成功实施,防止护理过程中出现的差错、提高了护理人员的风险防范意识、有效避免护理风险与护理缺陷的发生,具有较大的应用价值。Objective ： To explore the application effect of marking method in first aid article management. Methods ： Compared relevant indicators of first aid article management quality before and after the application of the marking method, quantity of overdue article, time for article accessing, time for article inspection and speed of article use. Results： The quantity of overdue article, time for article accessing, time for article inspection and speed of article use after the application were all lower than those before the application （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the accuracy rate of medication use, nursing defect, adverse event of nursing and potential nursing hazard incidence after the application were higher than those before the application of the marking method （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing defect, adverse event of nursing and potential nursing hazard incidence after the implementation of the marking method were all lower than those before the application （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Applying the marking method to management of emergency treatment and first aid articles can improve first aid article management quality, guarantee the safety and quality of first aid articles, improve nursing staffs working efficiency, and thus become beneficial for successful implementation of first aid work, prevent mistakes appearing in nursing process, enhance risk prevention awareness of nursing staff, effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risk and nursing defect, for which it has relatively high application value.
