摘　　要：文章详细总结了目前高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询的四种服务模式,根据服务质量比较其优缺点。阐述虚拟参考咨询服务目前仍存在的问题并提出了建议,为图书馆的建设与发展提供有益的借鉴。This paper summarizes the current four virtual reference service modes of university library in detail and compares the advantages and disadvantages according to the quality of the service . Despite the great progress in recent years,there still remains problems and defects. The author puts forward some suggestions wish to provide some useful references for library development.
