摘　　要：十八届五中全会提出坚持绿色发展,必须坚持节约资源和保护环境的基本国策,坚持可持续发展。要加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会。《深化农村改革综合性实施方案》也提出,建立农业可持续发展机制,推广减量化和清洁化农业生产模式,发展生态循环农业。由此可以看出,生态循环农业将会是未来农业发展的一个指向标,并且也是发展现代农业的一个重要手段。因此将从生态循环农业的概念、发展模式和当前生态循环农业发展中存在的问题及应对政策等方面来进行生态循环农业的研究综述。The fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee adhere to green development proposed.We must give top priority to sustainable development, adhere to the basic state policies of family planning and environmental and resources protection, keep utilize all kinds of natural resources economically.To speed up the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.《Deepening the implementation of comprehensive rural reform program》 is also proposed, establish the mechanism of agricultural sustainable development, reduction and cleaning of agricultural production mode should be extended, and develop the ecological circular agriculture.As can be seen, the ecological cycle of agriculture will be the future of agricultural development of a direction, and is also an important means of development of modern agriculture.Therefore, the research on the concept, development model and the current problems in the development of the current ecological cycle and the countermeasures to the problems and countermeasures in the development of the ecological cycle are reviewed in this paper.
