“六顶思考帽”在野战医疗队批量伤员分类中的应用实践

摘　　要：目的探讨"六顶思考帽"思维模式在野战医疗队批量伤员分类中的应用,为今后提高分类效率提供参考。方法采用"六顶思考帽"思维模式,对"跨越2015——三界·B"演习中演练分类的过程进行流程再造。结果运用"六顶思考帽"思维模式改进分类流程后,单位时间内(30 min)伤员通过例数、诊断符合率、处置适当率均明显增加。结论 "六顶思考帽"思维模式在提高野战医疗队批量伤员分类效率中效果显著。Objective To explore the ＂six-thinking cap＂ thinking mode application in the field medical team for batch triage of wounded ,so as to provide a reference for future improvement of the efficiency of triage. Methods Using the ＂six-thinking cap＂ thinking mode,the ＂crossing 2015-three times,B＂ drill drills classification process were taken in process reengineering. Results After using the ＂six-thinking cap＂ thinking mode to improve the classification process ,per unit time （30 minutes） the passed number of the wounded-cases,diagnostic coincidence rate and appropriate rate of the treatment were significantly increased. Conclusion The ＂six-thinking cap＂ thinking mode in improving the efficiency of field medical team for batch triage of wounded has remarkable efficacy.
