摘　　要：目的考察钩藤总碱对急性脑梗死和脑缺氧的作用。方法用光化学方法制作脑梗死动物模型,用连二亚硫酸钠制作化学缺氧细胞模型。结果钩藤总碱预处理能减轻脑梗死面积并对抗皮层神经元缺氧。结论钩藤总碱对中枢神经元有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of rhynchophylla total alkaloids pretreatment on acute cerebral infarction and on anoxia. Methods Actinochemistry method was used to set up an acute cerebral infarction model in mice and sodium dithionite was used to establish an anoxia model in neurons. Results Infarction was alleviated by rhynchophylla total alkaloids pretreatment and it also resisted anoxia injury in mice cerebral neurons. Conclusion Rhynchophylla total alkaloids can protect CNS neurons from infraction or hypoxia.
