空心螺钉结合钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：论证空心螺钉结合钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法：选择采用空心螺钉结合钢丝治疗髌骨横行骨折和简单髌骨粉碎性骨折的25例患者,其中男13例,女12例;左侧髌骨12例,右侧髌骨13例。结果：所有患者均获得随访,随访时间5~12个月,所有患者髌骨骨折均骨性愈合,膝关节功能Bostman评分,优良率100%,未出现内固定松动、断裂和脱落以及切口感染、切口愈合不良以及膝关节僵硬等并发症出现。结论：空心螺钉结合钢丝治疗髌骨横行骨折和简单髌骨粉碎性骨折具有良好的稳定性和牢固程度,手术安全性高,术后功能恢复好,临床疗效满意。Objective：To analyze the effect of using hollow screws and steel wire to fix patella fracture.Method：25 patella fracture patients in our department were operated using hollow screws and steel wire to fix patella from December 2014 to September 2015,among which 13 were male,12 were female;left 12,right 13.Results：Follow-up visits were made to all the patients,ranging from 5 to 12 month,all fractures were healing.All patients＇ Knee Bostman scores are good or excellent,no one patient＇s screw or wire is fracture or loosening and moving,the cut is healing very well,there is no cut infection or not healing well patient,and no knee is stiff.Conclusion：Using hollow screws and steel wire to fix patella fracture is a safe and effective technique,and patients can get excellent results from this.
