结脑患者预后相关因素分析

摘　　要：回顾分析某医院住院的100例结核性脑膜炎患者临床资料,从患者一般资料、实验结果等方面展开分析,对影响预后的因素实施单因素和多因素分析。TBM预后不良主要受到存在肢体瘫痪、GCS评分低、异烟肼量少、联合用药中没有使用呲嗪酰胺、激素和鞘内注射有关,临床医生必须充分了解上述危险因素,对改善结核性脑膜炎患者预后、提高生活质量、提升治愈率产生重要影响。A retrospective analysis was made in our hospital 100 cases of tuberculosis meningitis in patients with clinical data,from the general data of patients,and the result of the experiment launches the analysis,single factor and multi factor analysis on the implementation of the factors affecting the prognosis.TBM poor prognosis mainly affected by the presence of limb paralysis,lower GCS score,less amount of isoniazid,combined use of drugs without the use of pyrazine amides,hormone and sheath injection related,clinicians must fully understand the risk factors and to improve tuberculosis meningitis prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life,improve the cure rate has an important influence.
