摘　　要：目的:总结介入治疗主动脉夹层的护理配合的经验。方法:对49例证实主动脉夹层动脉瘤的住院患者通过介入方法进行腔内隔绝术的治疗和配合护理进行回顾性分析。结果:49例支架置入成功,患者术中无严重并发症发生,术程时间短。结论:完善的术前准备是介入治疗主动脉夹层的前提,多学科分工协作,默契配合,是确保手术成功的关键。Objective：To summarize the nursing care of aortic dissection in interventional therapy.Method：49 hospitalized patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm receiving intervention for cavity isolation technique of treatment and nursing were analyzed retrospectively.Results：49 cases had successful stent implantation without serious complications,and routine operation time was short.Conclusion：Perfect preoperative preparation is the precondition of interventional treatment of aortic dissection,multidisciplinary collaboration,the tacit understanding coordination,is the key to ensure the success of the surgery.
