赛肤润对于预防可达龙所致静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康惠尔透明贴与赛肤润防治可达龙所致静脉炎的效果对比。方法:将100例外周静脉应用可达龙治疗的心律失常患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例,实验组使用赛肤润,对照组使用康惠尔透明贴;两组病例均连续观察记录至拔针后应用静脉炎国际分级标准进行评估。结果:赛肤润防治可达龙所致静脉炎的效果优于康惠尔透明贴。结论:赛肤润具有涂抹方便、经济舒适等优点,可在临床广泛使用。Objective：Summary purpose Comfeel contrast observation and effect prevention Cordarone Sanyrene caused by phlebitis.Method：The patients with arrhythmia in 100 cases weeks of intravenous amiodarone therapy were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,50 cases in each.Experimental group Sanyrene,and the control group Comfeel stickers.Two groups of patients were observed and recorded continuously after application to the needle injection phlebitis international grading standards for assessment.Results：Sanyrene prevention effect caused by phlebitis Cordarone better than Comfeel stickers.Conclusion：Run Race skin has a convenient,econnmical and comfortcble painting,etc,can be widely used in clinical practice.
