浅析米非司酮与妇康片的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨米非司酮联合妇康片治疗更年期功血患者的临床效果。方法:研究对象来源于某医院妇产科收治的更年期功血患者76例,依据治疗方式分组,其中对照组(n=38)采用单纯米非司酮治疗,观察组(n=38)基于对照组加用妇康片,对比两组临床疗效。结果:对照组临床总有效率为78.9%,低于观察组94.7%,观察组出血与完全止血时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合妇康片治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效优良,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the joint fu kang mifepristone tablets for treatment of menopausal patients function.Methods：The study object from treating menopause obstetrics and gynecology hospital,76 cases of patients with function,on the basis of treatment group,the control group（n=38） with mifepristone treatment,pure observation group（n=38） based on the control group used fu kang,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results：In the control group clinical total effective rate was 78.9%,lower than the observation group was 94.7%,observation group hemorrhage and full stop bleeding time is shorter than the control group,compared significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone combined fu kang tablets in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical curative effect is good,is worth promoting.
