摘　　要：目的:总结1例青年特发性气胸患者诊断和治疗要点。方法:对此例患者采取对症、消炎、胸腔抽气、胸腔闭式引流术等治疗。结果:该特发性气胸患者经过对症处理、内科治疗,痊愈出院。结论:青年特发性气胸患者应及时诊断和治疗,防止复发。Objective：To summarize the main points of diagnosis and treatment of 1 case spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods：Take the symptomatic treatment to the patients,diminishing inflammation,pleural extraction,chest closed drainage treatment.Results：After symptomatic and medical treatment,this youth spontaneous pneumothorax patients recovered and discharged from hospital.Conclusion：The youth of spontaneous pneumothorax should be given timely diagnosis and treatment in order to prevent recurrence.
